I agree with those that are pleased with their sprinkler installation but even more so with the follow-up service Rainmaster provides. Since 2007, when our installation was completed, they have provided great service at a fair price. There is never a rush to get the job done and will go over in detail any question asked. Good customer service – I had a sprinkler system installed and I had landscaping done. They did a great job installing the sprinkler system and it didn't take as long as I had expected. They also did an excellent job on the landscaping.

Excellent work! – I am very pleased with the work that Rainmaster Irrigation provided for me at my home. They communicated well, were very prompt, and the irrigation system they installed at my home works great. When they were finished, I was amazed at how it looked like my lawn had barely been touched. They took the time to explain to me how to operate my sprinkler system and made it a very smooth process. I am very satisfied with their services and I highly recommend them.

Terrible Customer Service. – I set up an appointment to recieve an estimate for a sprinkler system. I recieved no phone call telling me Rainmaster Irrigation would be late. When I told the guy I should have recieved a call in advance so I did not have to leave work early, he asked me to call another company. I live in Pittsford, N.Y. and do not recommend Rainmaster Irrigation to anyone.
