The entire staff including Doc were kind. They went above and beyond all clinics I have interacted with in the past. We were heard and not pressured to go beyond our financial abilities or judged. Our dog is completely healed after a major dog attack. I will bring my pets here from now on. Best Vet ever!
These folks are the best. I left my other vet because I didn't believe my senior dog was getting the best possible care and the Rainier West vets and staff have given my trust and security back to taking my special boy to the vet. If you are looking for a vet that actually remembers your pet, prioritizes their needs over anything else, and will work with you to make your experience as good and caring as possible, these are your guys. Special shout out to Christy at the front desk for making me feel seen, loved, and cared for... read more
Extremely knowledgeable and kind staff.
I can't say enough about this place and their staff! Christie is amazing! We needed to get our chihuahua in for a problem that wasn't an "emergency". Even the vet we were with wouldn't fit him in without an "emergency charge visit". Rainier West got us in and took great care of him! We love Dr. Bauman. She explained things we had never had explained to us very clearly. We will definitely be moving our pups here asap.
