The doc Rushed my treatment. Refused to give me permanent retainers, even tho I said that’s what I want. After removal, I expressed that I’m not happy with my smile, he told me that he’d see me for a follow up. I called for a follow up appointment. Won’t see me again. I feel my experience was ruined and I’m still not happy with my smile.
Rude front desk both in person and through phone. Others are nice though.
Great place, friendly staff and helpful. Was able to get my teeth straightened in a year and I'm happy with the results!
