I callled Mike Conner on a Friday afternoon with a ridge cap issue on my metal roof. The roof had been installed more than 10 years ago by a, no longer in business, roofing company. He came out on Saturday morning and fixed the problem without charging me anything. I will certainly call this company in the future if I have any further roof issues. You just do not see this type of service hospitality these days.
Mike and his crew replaced my mother-in-law's roof several months ago. She was so pleased. They showed up when they promised, were fast and efficient, and did an excellent job. She is in her 80's and cost was an important factor for her. Mike's pricing was very competitive. I highly recommend Rainier Roofing.
