Terrible management who verbally assault employee's. They care more about the job getting done than any sort of safety rules whatsoever. The swing shift lead is the worse case of human disrespect and unprofessionalism that I have ever seen in my life. I was hurt on the job and told to keep my mouth shut and this same individual totaled someones car with a forklift and wasn't even disciplined. So as long as your in tight with management you can do what you want to who you want to. Sorry excuse for an employer.
My experience with Rainier Pallet, although limited, couldn't be much worse. I called and left a message after hours explaining my needs and left my contact information. I waited 3 days and never received a call. I shrugged it off, figuring that maybe I got lost in the shuffle. I understand. That stuff happens. I called again during work hours. Straight to voicemail.
