Excellent customer service!
Had an appointment set three weeks out I receive all kinds of text updates. I confirm the appointment number of times I show up to the appointment after driving 45 minutes and informed me they called me at 6:30 and left a message at my office last night to tell me the appointment was canceled. No text no follow up call I would not trust them.
I have been on hold 3 times now and no one ever answers! First time I waited for longer than an hour.
It’s been 1 week and my mri is still not been read by radiology!
British was my X-ray tech, and he was welcoming, warm, friendly, funny, and unpretentious. He took his job seriously in all the right ways. I LOVED the decor in the X-ray room.
