Front desk crew was , welcoming and professional. Easiest word is hospitable. My technician was extremely helpful with X-ray and professional.
The staff of RAYUS are kind and professional. MRIs are noisy and I find it hard to lay still for an hour. The MRI radiology specialist was very professional and went out of his way to make me (72 year old disabled person) comfortable. I truly appreciate the kind and considerate atmosphere at RAYUS.
Everything was smooth and easy much better than I had to actually expected the technician was so kind and thorough
Staff helped me feel at ease and as comfortable as possible
