Got there early / alot of persons went in front of me That s ok but no one told mr when i ll be seen just got to wait As a veteran it feel sad that I ve waited all this time and past my appointment time. I guess this place don t care about taking care of their veterans They re lucky I need this to be done for my doc at VA I would walked out long time ago It s sad to see this
I had a very unexpectedly wonderful experience here. Yes, it did take a long time on hold, roughly 10 minutes each time I called. Annoying, yes, but not something to really gripe about. It is what it is. After the intake paperwork, I met British and from the start he was giving such positive vibes and was so welcoming. We had wonderful conversations and he put a lot of effort into making me feel comfortable and I left the appointment in such a happy mood. Had an MRI today. The experience was awesome. Everything from check in to the actual MRI with Bill was excellent. Very informative and great communication.
After months of trying to get an MRI scheduled (due to long waits and inept communications from Dr offices. I am very sick) I was finally able to schedule an MRI at the Issaquah location. The appt was a month out. Several weeks later I got a call from the Kirkland location saying they could get me in that afternoon. I was thrilled. An hour before I was going to leave I got a call from the Kirkland location and they said they had to cancel my appt! I asked why and they told me their Radiologist thought I should get a CT Scan ... read more
