She was very good at her job and helped me get through the MRI whiteout having to stop . I am extremely claustrophobic.And tight spaces are really hard for me and my PTSD. So ya she was awesome I wish I could have her help me every time I have to do something like that. Thank you so much.
A very good experience. Check in was very quick and easy. And British was fantastic and made the whole ordeal memorable and lighthearted
If you have severe claustrophobia like me and need an MRI, this is the place to go! They have an open MRI- which is helpful, but I was still have some bad claustrophobia/anxiety before the scan about being under the machine. My tech Alyson (hopefully I’m spelling that right) was so understanding and patient about my situation. I had to come back out of the machine at first and take a few extra mins to deep breathe before I was ready to go on. She didn’t make me feel rushed or silly at all. pleasant staff...although initial greeter could benefit from an occasional smile of welcome. And, as the doc and tech went in and out of the room it would have been nice for them to acknowledge that I was a human and wanted to know what they were doing and how they were progressing.
