After doing more than a year of research, we decided to purchase 2 tents from Rainier Industries because of their warranty, claims they made about their product and the fact that they have been around for some duration. The products arrived more than a month late, they showed up missing huge amounts of the order causing delays in building, and the missing items took an additional 6 weeks to arrive (and not all of the items came. The Rainier staff that came to our house caused $10,000 in damage due to negligent installation. We hired them to install a retractable awning from our roof. The results of a third party inspection concluded Rainier Industries forgot to properly seal the lag bolts, which caused rainwater to seep into the frame, leak into our house, rot the insides of our walls, and displace the paint.
