The service rep was punctual, performed the service plan work and at the end, communicated about the outcome of the visit.. The cost was a filter replacement.. Rainier HVAC Care did the unit install & have serviced the unit for over a year.. They do an awesome job!

Called based on all the great reviews. The person answering the phone just said, 'Hello?'. I asked if it was Rainier HVAC Care, and she said, "Yes. How can I help?". I proceeded to say my A/C wasn't getting cool and I didn't know if it was just a freon issue or something bigger. I asked if I could have them service the unit and determine if it was a bigger issue at that point. She said they were too busy and I should call around to others. The installation crew (two gentlemen) arrived on time. It took them 5 hours to complete the work in the attic. They were also very kind and professional. Great service and reasonable prices!!!

Excellent service, they installed an AC Unit, all in one day. They took their time to explain everything, I'm very happy with their work, especially their help with getting government rebates. I would definitely recommend Rainier HVAC Care to others, and have done so already.

Rainier HVAC Care totally ranks No. 1 on my list. This company is the best! We had their service and it goes beyond what I’ve expected with a very costumer friendly price. They did an absolute repair and cleaning with our air conditioning unit. I love these guys. Keep it up Rainier HVAC Care!
