Customer A couple years ago, I would agree this place was not very welcoming. However they have changed their staff, and I must say I am very impressed. I had a part that was not easy to find and the salesman went to great lengths to figure out what piece I was looking for. He even called other businesses to find out if they had one in stock for me so I could ride for the weekend. Great customer service if you ask me.
Rainier Honda & Yamaha Oh my god can you say rude. If you ever need anything for you dirt bike or ATV go some where else. They are the most rude bunch of people I have ever meet when trying to find something for my son bike.
