I’ve been coming here for a couple of years now, specifically seeing Desiree. Every once in a while I come to her with these projects of completely transforming my hair, and every time she delivers. From copper red, to pink, to blonde. Not thinking it was possible to top the last color. And I’m a low-maintenance girly, so I’m not as good about coming in as often as I should. Yikes, Jen is rude. Was so ready to love this place based on how close it is to home and how many glowing reviews I had seen! But I was running a few minutes late due to an accident on 99. Tried to call to be courteous, no answer. Ended up sliding in the door 9 minutes late and she cut off my apology and said she was waiting and about to cancel the appointment. Did she try to call or even text? No. Yes I was late but what was I supposed to do if they don't answer the phone and don't call to check with the client? I tried. I ... read more
