Please read to understand why I only gave 1 star. I've been going to rainier dental for years and have loved it. After dr Huynh left my last 2 appointments made me and my wife switch dentist. My first visit the dental assistant was clearly sick and when I asked her if she was sick, she stated " yeah I think I'm coming down with something". I requested someone else to assist. They lost my paper work that I filled out my fist visit and wanted me to redo all the paper work. Personally I didn't mind filling it out once but the... read more
If I could give a minus star i would. The dentures that they sent to the oral surgeon were made so that I’m had an extremely bad overbite. If i could post photos i would. At one visit the girl that was making an impression of my mouth to remake my upper denture was so bad i just got out of the chair and told that was enough. I went to the rest room to remove the impression material off of my face. When i returned to give Jeanie the key to the restroom the staff of girls were laughing at my expense.
