Everyone in the store is incredibly helpful. They’re a go-to for everyday prescriptions, but also a great resource for travel info and vaccines (they can write some prescriptions there) and it’s a cool store to pop your head into if you’ve not been before to see what they have. Beyond the pharmacy fare, there are some cool finds like coffees, snacks and travel items.

As A new Kitimat resident.It is so nice to have Paul and Sue and a great Staff to bring not only expertise in Medicine and health products but a store that you can go to to find all you need including Gifts and some health food groceries. I tell everyone Rainforest is by far one on the best business in town with excellent customer service.

Fantastic store with very friendly and helpful staff. Paul is an amazing pharmacist, takes the time for whatever your concerns are. We are very fortunate to have this store in town.

I have been a customer at Rainforest since it opened and their customer service is second to none. Both from the service clerks and the helpful and knowledgeable of the pharmacist. They take the time to answer any and all questions be it regarding my Diabetes or any other medication as well as offering suggestions for alternative remedies for those aches and pains when asked. I don’t feel like a number but a welcomed client.
