Outstanding service by Abram from Rainforest Sprinklers and Lighting. Abram was on time, checked the entire sprinkler system, helped me reset it and reviewed the app with me to ensure I had an effective watering schedule. Very polite, courteous and on time. I couldn’t have had a better experience!
Adam, the technician, did a quick start up for the season on my sprinkler system. One of the heads was damaged and he quickly fixed it and had everything up and running in no time. Fast friendly service. Highly recommend Rainforest Sprinklers and Lighting.
Mike is great. Knows our system well, which is why we’ve continued using rainforest. However I’ve had two experiences (previous years and today) where the customer service rep I spoke to was being incredibly rude. This was finally the year where we have decided we will switch to Blue Jay Irrigation for shut off and future services. Mike set up our sprinkler system for the season, and usual, he did a superb job. He carefully explained the repairs needed in a clear, concise fashion. Most importantly, he was first class in his professionalism on appearance, language, pleasant demeanour - all with a sense of humour. I highly rate Mike to all customers.
