Today, I had my mid summer check up. Mike provided my service and I have always found him knowledgeable, friendly and knows what needs to be done when there is an issue. His experience is an asset to Rainforest.
Mike from Rainforest was excellent! He was very professional, highly experienced and took the time to remind me about our system features after opening our sprinkler system for the season. He also reviewed the App settings to better meet our needs. Thanks for your terrific customer service Mike!
I've been a customer of Lighthouse/Rainforest for over 20 years. I just wanted to thank them for quickly coming to the rescue both last fall and now, to help out with modifying our irrigation/lighting systems around a construction project, and on very short notice! The techs always know how to help with issues that arise over the years and keep the systems running smoothly. I would highly recommend their services!
