This is a private village for pensioners to live. It is no longer a holiday village or Caravan park.
Hubby and I have lived in 55+ place for almost 3 years. The rent is reasonable, lovely view, birdlike and almost everyone has a small dog.
This is no longer a caravan park.
I think it's great that retired folks and pensioners have something new and exciting to look forward to. I can't wait for it to be finished!
