My 2023 Toyota Tundra has been undriveable for months after an oil change at Rainforest Carwash and Oil Change in Petal. Rainforest changed my oil on August 28, 2025. On October 14, my engine began knocking, a warning told me to stop immediately, and I found oil underneath the truck. Toyota of Hattiesburg inspected it and told me the oil filter was missing, the engine had suffered oil-starvation damage, and the filter had most likely not been tightened properly during the previous oil change. The best oil change! All around Top notch experience!! Rhett & Lucky are knowledgable & professional technicians who helped me choose the best product for my vehicle, gave careful & clear directions and even offered me a cold beverage while I waited. They worked quickly and efficiently and it was really interesting to watch everything they did on the monitor.
