Literally told me they could not change my oil without pulling the tire off when I just had it changed here a few months ago. I brought my own filter after I was told they could not get them. I do not leave bad reviews unless they are needed. These people working on this day are very unprofessional. (Kendrick )We took it straight to Mid Town oil and lube and their team immediately got the job done.
Told me they put new oil drain plug, got home still leaking! Went back they denied saying they put a new one! I bought new one got them to install it then they argued me that the oil wasn’t low on the stick! Need to train them how to read oil stick
