The general manager was outside hollering and yelling at one of the employees while they are walking away attempting to get them riled up. It’s honestly a very sad work environment. Do not recommend. (She’s on TikTok shop, not doing managerial duties)
Unbelievably helpful and friendly crew. Knowledgeable did not try to kill me with the upsell stuff. I told the gentleman exactly what I was looking for and what I was expecting I showed him the package that I was interested in and that is exactly what I received along with a fantastic attitude and great service! Literally told me they could not change my oil without pulling the tire off when I just had it changed here a few months ago. I brought my own filter after I was told they could not get them. I do not leave bad reviews unless they are needed. These people working on this day are very unprofessional. (Kendrick )We took it straight to Mid Town oil and lube and their team immediately got the job done.
