Went to get my oil changed today and all of the gentleman along with Chrissy were very knowledgeable and pleasant to interact with. I asked Chrissy how long she’d been in the business and she said 20 years. She taught me quickly how to reset my oil settings on the dashboard and in the maintenance data located on the navigation screen. I could tell she knew what she was doing. Definitely coming back
Everything worked the way it was supposed to the attendant who was helping us knew exactly what she was doing and I always like going through that kind of car wash. It feels like a carnival ride
I love this location. The line moves along fast paced and staff are always smiling, waving, and helpful! This visit, I used my free car wash that I received through a Facebook survey. 🤩
I called with a basic question, and all I could reach was an AI voice assistant. Talking to a real person does not seem to be part of the company directive.
It's okay, they need not bunch cars in. I've had a problem in the past where a lady hit her breaks,and got sideways,I almost hit her. Leave space for error. They don't chastise people for crazy stuff either, doing wheels at the pay teller. About 4pm 4/8/26
