Beware of the damage this car was can do to your vehicle with the moving brushes. Ripped and bent the front plate and plastic guard to which the plastic that came off was in the brushes and left numerous scratches. Off course Management reviewed the tapes and clams that scratches were there but they don’t line up with their pictures before you enter the wash. I’m sure they will respond with some oh give us a call to resolve this issue which is bs. Go to touch less if you care about your vehie
I was a member here for a few months and then decided to switch car washes. I emailed them December 2025 to cancel my membership like the instructions on their website state to do. I got a email back confirming they have canceled my membership but I am still get charged monthly almost $50 to this day!!!! they are ignoring all of my emails and I even called and left a voicemail that has been ignored as well. that 5 months of charges that are not authorized. almost $250 down the drain. We went for a car wash and paid $30 for a wash. The truck we have is wide and we were never told nor are there any signs posted about wide trucks not fitting through the automatic wash. The attendee tried to force our truck through multiple times before having us back up covered in soap and leave the car wash. We were promised a refund and a call from the manager and neither ever happened and that was 3 weeks ago. The service sucks. Went through with the silver level wash to get mud off the side and hood of my car. Got literally nothing off. Told the manager (she was super nice, nothing but good things to say about the employees). Anyways I went through a second time and they used a mop to get the mud off the hood of my car, but I still wouldn't say my car looked very clean. Still crazy I spent $20 on a car wash when a rain storm would do a better job.
BEWARE!!!!!If I could give zero stars I would. Been trying to cancel my subscription for months have called multiple times and they keep taking money and not willing to refund anything criminals!!!!! Absolute scammer!!!!!Working with bank now would highly recommend avoiding at all cost
