Brunswick carwash isn't the worst, but definitely not the best. Avon Medina and Mentor.
Do not waste your money. My wife and I have been customers since before they took over for Rainforest, mostly due to convenience, not because they do a good job of washing our cars (their machines don't clean the back of our SUV's at all). A month back my wife went and the gate arm came down and scratched the back of her car. Horrible! I have attempted to cancel my member twice now because of the poor quality of the wash and because you don't actually get the options that you pay for, as another reviewer mentioned. In addition, the gate operations are very chaotic. There seems to be no rhyme or reason to who goes next and if it will even lift or not. I walked into the office to cancel in mid January. They supposedly canceled my membership on the computer right in front of me. But I was still charged $30.94 on January 19th. I went in again a few d... read more
Grace at Whistle is easily the most kind person I have ever interacted with at a business/car wash. I forgot my card and she was able to still get me the plan I wanted to pay for and made it one of the easiest processes ever. Truly a kind hearted person.
