As my SUV is taken through the bay, I hear a LOUD CLANK- METAL ON METAL, as if a rather large bolt or screw fell from somewhere above onto my ROOF. As a Fast pass member since 2019 -3 different vehicles i frequented multiple times a week & everyone knew my name. This SUV has never seen another carwash other than rainforest on gause (due to the fast pass) After assessing my roof- there were roller scuff marks across the front & a visible paint chip.
