Done with this company. Pricing almost doubled in a two year span. Which I was willing to live with until I spoke to Jeff's wife. My wife called to advise that when they came to service our system the technician did not fix two of the heads we asked to have fixed. Jeff's wife advised that it will cost 150 an hour plus cost of heads. Ridiculous. My wife proceeded to ask to speak to the owner directly. Jeff's wife told her to relax and began laughing. I've been using Rainflow for the past three years and I'm done. I would recommend looking elsewhere for sprinkler services. Do you want clear and transparent pricing? Look elsewhere. Do you expect customer service and flexibility when something isn't right? Then keep googling. Their prices have gone up every year and they dont notify the customer or give any heads up on that increase. I can’t recommend Jeff and Rain Flow sprinklers enough. Friendly, professional, and thorough. As first time homeowners we have really appreciated Jeff’s advice, even between services when needed. His team also cleaned up and was meticulous about their installation work.
