I've been using Rainflow for the past three years and I'm done. I would recommend looking elsewhere for sprinkler services. Do you want clear and transparent pricing? Look elsewhere. Do you expect customer service and flexibility when something isn't right? Then keep googling. Their prices have gone up every year and they dont notify the customer or give any heads up on that increase. I can’t recommend Jeff and Rain Flow sprinklers enough. Friendly, professional, and thorough. As first time homeowners we have really appreciated Jeff’s advice, even between services when needed. His team also cleaned up and was meticulous about their installation work.

Man these guys are AWESOME. Super kind. Helpful. Not pushy. Definitely the most reasonable and affordable sprinkler company that I have found. Didn’t mind my annoying habit of breathing over their shoulder watching them do what needed to be done. I would recommend them to anyone. I fully back this company 100%. Well done.

I called yesterday and they came promptly the next day between the time frame they said they would arrive. Gio was EXCELLENT! He inspected all my sprinklers, went through each zone accordingly, replaced two heads with adjustment, and gave helpful advice on how to get the best water coverage for my lawn. I am very happy with service that was performed.
