real short version...... $400 later....5 visits to property....12 days later I still have a broken fridge after he promised he knew the parts he initially ordered after his first service call would fix it. He refused to discuss a reasonable resolution. His ONLY resolution was that I keep on letting him try to fix it while my tenants with young children remained without a working fridge and said if I want my money back to take him to court.
