Hands down best contractor in the area for interior and exterior work. Does great quality work, along with being communicative, punctual and honest. If you’re looking for a company to do work at your home or business, look no further. Mike is the guy.
I hired Rainey construction based on the excellent reviews (I got 3 bids, which were all similar). The corner and center posts of my deck had significantly sunken into the dirt. Rainey construction did an outstanding job of leveling the deck and securing new posts in a manner that they will never sink - or rot. I would positively hire Rainey again for any project.
Mike was great to work with. Communication was easy and consistent, scheduling was straightforward, and he showed up exactly when he said he would. I really appreciated how professional and responsive he was and would gladly recommend him to others.
