Was the best for parts and service, but now Out Of Business
You had my vacumn for 2 weeks before it was even looked at. I would have taken it elsewhere to be fixed in days. You should be more upfront stating that your brother does the work when he finds the time. This is not a running business during operating hours. I was even asked if I needed a rush on it. After 2 weeks of calling and no one looked at it ..
Took my vacuum for repair , very nice lady, when I picked up my vacuum worked like brand new and they shined it up.
