First time customer but will definitely use them again. From first contact with Lory, meeting with Jimmy their arborist and the crew that did the work. Friendly, professional and wanted to do a good job. I would recommend them to anyone needing tree work.

I was given a full explanation of the status of my beautiful willow oak tree back in June. Raines treated the tree for scales. Today July 16 they trimmed and thinned out the dead branches. It looks beautiful, and so healthy! Thank you Raines for your expertise!
This group is simply the best tree care company available. It is obvious in the way they care and my properly/professionally pruned trees are evidence. The crew was knowledgeable, efficient and had exceptional safety standards. They made sure I was on board with their approaches through out the process and explained why they were doing what they did. I had almost 10 trees trimmed. They're helpful attitude is carried from the top and visa versa when you see the. mutual respect everyone has. Can't say enough!
Five stars! We noticed some browning on our trees and were worried we might lose them. Raines Tree care responded quickly and sent out Stephen, an arborist, who took care of our problem areas. He saved our trees from further damage. If you need fast reliable service, call Raines Tree Care!
