Raines Restoration saved us! We had a big leak above our kitchen and called, and Stephanie explained everything to us and put us on the schedule. Jacob and Lewis came out and did a thorough inspection of the damage, and came out and removed the ceiling and all the moisture, and left our space better than it was before. Trey, you have a great company and team. Keep it up! Sincere thanks!
Very professional! Jacob did a great job identifying issues and mapping out the scope of work. He and Lew did a great job removing mold-affected drywall. They had drop cloths on their path through the house, so they left no footprints. Office manager Stephanie was always professional and helpful, and provided cost estimates and invoices quickly. I would gladly recommend this company to anyone with mold or water damage.
My wife and I want to thank you for the professional work you did with our mold problem in our house. Your professionalism, customer service, integrity, and overall bearing really stood out among the other potential contractors. The team that came to do the removal was very courteous, skillful and diligent and they made sure they cleaned everything up behind them. Overall superb work!
Don't waste your time. I can't give an accurate review because Trey only came out once, looked at the issue and never provided a quote. He was supposed to come out again so I scheduled the appt, but he kept canceling. After that I never got an email or phone call. Nothing. Guess they don't want customers. Who knows.
Amazing company and owners are great people !! They made the process seamless, me and my wife were in a pinch and they worked with us the entire way !!
