Does a beautiful job with the construction but if he tells you that you have a one-year warranty please don't believe him. you will get 6-months at best.
I bought a home from Charles Raines Construction/Monica Raines/Hometown Realty. NEVER again!! This was my forever home! My dream home! When you buy you get told "don't worry if something goes wrong the one year warranty will cover it". NOT. There were issue's that should have been dealt with under the one year warranty!
