I could not find anyone to work on an LG washer except Mr. Raines. I found him to be knowledgeable, affordable, and he fixed my washer. I highly recommend !
This place is a JOKE! Don't bother! I called them on a Monday, they answered the phone "whatever you're selling, I'm not buying". Eventually scheduled appt for Wednesday. NO SHOW. Scheduled another appt for Thursday. When they arrived, they had no clue what to do or what was wrong with the washing machine, but were going to order parts for what 'might' be wrong. But no return phone call. I called back on Friday to ask about the status of the parts. The response was "oh, I forgot to get the model number from that other guy".
If there was a zero star rating, this business would get it! Warranty for our dryer was outsourced to this company. It was absolutely the worst customer service ever! The repair man diagnosed our issue over the phone without ever seeing the appliance. After 1 wk he was called and said that he was waiting on the part. Week 2 he would call back with the tracking number. Week 3!!!!!!! "Oh yeah, sorry I can't get that part". Never called to tell us that, never followed up.
