We have been renting holiday accommodation in South West Rocks every year since 1980. I have to say that our experiences with Raine & Horne have been very poor in the past. I am unable therefore to offer any more than 2 stars for their inferior services.
The staff at South West Rocks Accommodation are unbelievably rude and unprofessional. I feel bad for the people who rent their places out through them as they would have no idea about how rude they are to their guests. I felt quite upset after my encounters with them finding them to be aggressive and nasty. The so called manager was equally as unprofessional as her staff !
Sandra the manager is a con artist only to willing to rip you off and blame you for emergency repairs that you had nothing to do
