I can’t recommend Andrew Davidson enough! From start to finish, he went above and beyond in helping us sell our house. He was incredibly patient as I prepared the home for sale, offering expert advice and guidance to ensure everything was ready. 0/10 do not recommend for renters. They lie and try to keep your bond. They also breached legislation a number of times and were caught out. Then tried to back track and "fix" their mistake which only highlighted their initial mess ups. When we initially moved in They also sent us the previous tenants exit report, which contained their details - a breach in privacy laws. Their senior property manager is rude and condescending. If you're renting I'd recommend looking elsewhere.
