6 years ago I purchased a property from this company, although it was called Choice Property Partners. I was awaiting settlement on another property nearby also. The agent, young male, didn't take my written offer seriously and reopened the property the following weekend. Even after the owners had already accepted my letter of offer! Say it may fall through as I was purchasing multiple properties at once, although had pre-approval and more money in my account at the time than the loan i was applying for!
