Stay away from this real estate. I paid them a bond for a commercial lease on a hair salon. But did not end up purchasing the hair salon as the owner lied about the business. I paid the bond to the real estate 3 months ago and I am still fighting to get my bond back. They are holding onto my bond because the business owner of the hair salon told them not to release the bond.
