As a tenant, Celeste is a great property manager. She is attentive, proactive and promptly responds to any issues, questions or concerns.
I wish I could rate them with zero star! At our entrance, we faced a whole messed property with garbage everywhere and shit in the toilet. It’s been 4 months I rented this property and they couldn’t fix the leak from one of my rooms! Just postponing fixing the problem. I am still following it up with VCAT and will not stop. If it doesn’t solve my problem, I would stop paying the rent and let them to take action on it whatever the cost is.
Great knowledge regarding the market & local area. Always excellent communication & updates with the sale, & professionalism. I hold Rob in high regard & would not hesitate to recommend Rob.
We bought and sold both times with Tony and he was a professional in every way and very happy with Tony and his enthusiasm and passion. Therefore we entrusted Alisha from Raine and Horne Brunswick with our investment house. Not only Alisha answered all the questions but also updated us with everything big or small with regards to rental property. Unlike our previous manager who didn't return emails nor pick up the phone. Thanks you Tony and Alisha for your assistances.
