UPDATE My review has now been deleted. Unbelievably disappointing as no one has bothered to even have a discussion with me. My experience is with one of the therapists who is listed as working at Raindrum. I knew and saw Gina over an 8 year period, and I originally met her when she was working in another treatment facility in 2011. The care I received whilst in Gina's care was originally warm, compassionate and caring. For the first time I felt 'seen' and 'heard'. To clarify, I did not want to post my review under Raindrum’s Google Reviews, however felt I didn’t have many options as my review was and is about a therapist who is listed as working at Raindrum. It is deeply concerning that people pay many thousands to complete treatment at Raindrum, when my experience with one of their therapists has been so very hard to comprehend, deeply hurting and retraumatising.
