Update to rating. Unfortunately after recommending Raindrop to several friends and family they started to need warranty work for leaks. They didn't know it was an issue until the rain came. Willie is unresponsive to repair requests and we can no longer recommend him going forward. At this point I'd suggest trying your luck elsewhere. Original review. Willie at raindrop was great. Alwys quick to respond and the price couldn't be beat. I will definitely recommend raindrop to family and friends.
We had three different companies come to give us a quote. Not only were they (Willy) the least expensive, but most knowledgeable. Willy was very communicative and answered our numerous questions while we awaited the install. The install happened within the timeframe they quoted. The crew that installed was very friendly and nice. They cleaned up (even the extent of vacuuming any debris on our turf yard) before they left both days. They stayed late to ensure all electrical worked flawlessly. Could not recommend more.
Willy and his team did an amazing job on our patio cover and rain gutters. He did both for an affordable price and the end result was exactly what we envisioned. He was professional and very easy to communicate with when it came to design and any questions we had. Thank you Willy and team!
I am very grateful to have found Raindrop Gutters & Patios. Willy and his team are amazing! I had an old patio removed and Willy installed a brand new 13X50 patio cover with 8 led lights and 3 fans for my home. It looks so amazing that the city inspector even commented on how nice and expensive it looks during inspection! Willy even custom made gutters for my patio to my liking. He is so easy to work with. I love my patio! Just moved to Winchester and was ready for Raindrop Gutters & Patios to put up my new patio cover. With this heat, it has been a blessing to have some shade.
