I have been going there since they opened and always was pleased. This time, it was the first time I had someone use a power washer gun on the front of my car! Well, when I got out to vacuum, I looked at the front of my car, and it took the PAINT OFF MY BUMPER!!!! I got the manager, he took pictures and was told they would take care of it! I got an email the next day, stating the damage was there, and there is no way the pressure washer could have done it!!!! REALLY??? We will let the courts decide, assholes!!
