Staff always friendly & helpful, particularly Jacqueline!
This pharmacy has actually IMPROVED in customer service and expediency over the past year I’ve been using it. I really like all the staff, even the actual pharmacists are friendly and kind. They also almost always answer their phone; it feels like teleporting back to 1980, in a good way.
A really great pharmacy with amazing staff. My meds are always on time, with a complimentary phone call or text. The staff go above and beyond. I'm so glad I found this place. When something isn't available or delayed, I get a courteous and supportive explanation. You'll never get this type of service at a major chain pharmacy! Thank you to Raincross Pharmacy!!

I am a caregiver and need to pick up medicine for my patients. The staff have been competent professionals. I have utilized several pharmacies before finding this Raincross. One of my past tragic pharmacy was Walgreens on Iris and Perris. They were incompetent from miscounting to not have medicine available. Even questionable practices in my opinion. I appreciate this pharmacy and their professionalism.
