I absolutely love and adore Dr Patel i think she is WONDERFUL DOCTOR!!! but the office staff here is the WORST!! takes me more than 2-4 hours for someone to pick up the phone that is not acceptable for someone who needs medical help or questions or anything for a patient!! I think it's very important that office staff answers the phone... office staff is your face is the people you greet first and last those people should be the most attentive to your needs but not this office once i had to go all the way to the office just ... read more

At the beginning of my care, Dr. Hinson was kind, attentive, and made me feel like he genuinely cared about my health. He listened to my concerns and I initially felt hopeful that my issues were being taken seriously. Unfortunately, as time went on, that changed. My ongoing symptoms were dismissed, and I felt brushed off rather than supported. Despite continuing to struggle, nothing was done to meaningfully address or help with my concerns.
