I absolutely love and adore Dr Patel i think she is WONDERFUL DOCTOR!!! but the office staff here is the WORST!! takes me more than 2-4 hours for someone to pick up the phone that is not acceptable for someone who needs medical help or questions or anything for a patient!! At the beginning of my care, Dr. Hinson was kind, attentive, and made me feel like he genuinely cared about my health. He listened to my concerns and I initially felt hopeful that my issues were being taken seriously. Unfortunately, as time went on, that changed. I have been going to Raincross Medical Group for a few years now and I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Kimberly Belleza NP I’ve seen Dr. Belleza for a while now and she is simply the best!! Each time I go in there distressed, not feeling well… I come out of there feeling so much better.
