My visit went fine.
Bad customer service. Also prepare to be waiting 1-2 hours to be seen for your appointment. Your time does not matter. I had to come back because I was unhappy with the work that I had and waited forever for. Got here early and still waiting with 3 other people ahead of me.
I will never go back to this place. First the doctor corrected me on how to pronounce my own name. Then he told me that he didn’t have time to talk about the side effects of the medication I was on. And that I should just read the package. even though he showed up to my appointment 15 minutes late.
wish i can give him 0 stars. rude and unprofessional to my mother. based on reviews, seems like only men have good experiences here. will be joining my mother at her next appointment to see if dr. nguyen has the same attitude.
