We are very pleased with our decorative rain chains. We received them in the time frame provided for delivery. Our design is flower cups that act as funnels to direct the water into the circle of sand covered with gravel that I prepared for the rain water. They are easy to assemble and install. The length can easily be adjusted one cup at a time. Neighbors comment on how decorative they are. We highly recommend.
Wish I knew about this place before I stared my project. would have saved time and money. After a failed attempt with chains from Amazon I found these guys and they are awesome !!!! Super helpful and great product. You guys ROCK !!!!! Thank you

We could not be more delighted with the product or the service from Rain Chains. These folks are not the cheapest alternative, but the workmanship evident in the chains and the way all the parts fit together makes it worth the price. Also, we ended up with a few unneeded cups, so we carefully packed them up and shipped them back for a full refund, no hassle and no fuss.
