The Only Bridal Store You Need! What a wonderful experience I had at this store while shopping for gown for my son's wedding! Truthfully, I had tried that "other" bridal store first...after being ignored and made to feel as if I were a problem, I went on to Rainbow's End. The minute I walked in the door, Nora and Susan were asking me questions about what I was looking for and were pulling dresses for me to try immediately. They were incredibly helpful! Star Treatment! I loved my bridal experience at Rainbows End! They have a great selection at all dollar amounts - you can definately find great deals here. Unlike the treatment I got at Davids, the staff is warm and knowledgeable and really listens to what you want. And they have great ideas and suggestions to as to how to make your look on your special day truly your own. rude and switch tags i found the ladies that worked here rude and not very helpful, i drove over 2 hours to go look at a specific dress and when i walked in they told me i was early and would have to wait, and not in a very nice manner. when i looked around well waiting i found the dress i went there for, but to my surprise it was not by the designer that i had saw the dress, when i asked if it was the same dress i was told it was but that they switched the tags out so people didn't just look for them cheaper on the internet... read more
Saved by Rainbow's End!!! I was the last minute Mother of the Bride yet Norma was kind, patient and even helped my laugh at the situation!! Instead of panic and guilt, I felt calmed and reassured. I was immediately shown lovely and tasteful gowns. Her suggestions were so helpful and she answered my questions directly and honestly. i was so pleased when she did not hesitate to share her thoughts on the pros and cons of a dress.
