Alternative to Home Depot.
Very third world. Online orders to be picked up are not there. One needs an order number to pick up an order, but Ace Hardware never sent the email that was supposed to be sent stating their order number. Could not pick up the order - which I don't think was even there. Although, my credit card was charged for that phantom item! Angry, loud and unprofessional employees, blaming the customer for not having the order number that was never emailed. No communication from Ace Hardware was ever received.
