l wouldn't recommend this agency...the lady Phyllis ,suffers of senility, unnecessarily upgrading my ticket without my consent and subsequently costing me a lot of money.....l only realized her mistake before checking in at the airport when the airline agent ask me for a ludicrous amount of money ; she had assigned me to first class without my authorization...There were no other seats available, l had no choice but to pay...Another thing ,they never answer their phone or email, they can leave you hanging for a week and if th... read more
