ALMOST RAN ME AND MY CHILD OFF OF THE ROAD DO NOT PUT YOUR CHILD ON THIS BUS!!! Speeding down Avenue U, dipping in and out of traffic like a madman!
They drive really aggressively on the road weaving back and forth
aggressive driver nearly ran me off the road on fourth Avenue and 78th St. Yelling and screaming swerving in front of other cars jamming on his brakes, riding peoples rear ends
already first keep sending me to voice mail then have me on hold for long period of time , horrible customer service . not feeling bus company already … needs improvement. then matron calls bus has no gas they supposed to handle yesterday and did trail runs wrost service ever ..
Most disappointed service ever. You will be late to whatever you are going to. Don’t use their service we had an appointment at 11 and told the transportation company to pick us up at 9:15 to make sure we are early. The car came to pick us up at 10:30. We were calling them constantly since nine and they someone late anyway. Didn’t care to change the person.
