After a foot injury in March, I spent six weeks in a walking boot due to a torn ligament in my heel and plantar fasciitis. My doctor prescribed a custom insert, which my insurance approved. I went to Supply of NY Rainbow in Forest Hills on July 1 to be measured for my insert, and I had a wonderful experience. I wanted to leave a positive review - unfortunately I can not. There was an issue with insurance requiring additional communication with the doctor. I don't know if the problem was on the doctor's end on Rainbow end. But they never contacted me about to try to get it cleared up. I hand delivered documents between them and the doctor - was told that I would be called when approved. FIVE WEEKS later it was still hung up - they never bothered to call me. So grateful to Rainbow Suply staff for all their services and support throughout the years. My parents been customers here for a long time and they’ve been very pleased . I’ve been getting the suply for my kids and shoes and just wanted to say Thank you. Alina was very kind and professional yesterday with assistance for my elderly parents and today with my children. Definitely recommend it
