Very nice and friendly place. They helped my mother with her broken walker right away and were incredibly kind and considerate the entire time. Just be aware of a $10 minimum to use cards as that caught us by surprise.
I have been calling for 4 weeks for them to pick a wheelchair that they are charging my mothers insurance company. I no longer need the chair and they have been giving me and my sister the run around to come pickup this chair, but they continurle charging the insurance company. They have gone so far as to say that they are not the company that has this account when clearly I have all their information from the insurance company amd I recognized the woman's voice. I had a great experience at Rainbow Supply of NY. My doctor referred me here, and the team was amazing. They helped me find very comfortable shoes and made custom orthotics specifically for my feet. Everyone was friendly, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions. The customer service was excellent, and I felt well taken care of throughout the entire process.
