I am deeply disappointed with the service at Rainbow Supply of NY. The staff was incredibly rude and showed a complete lack of training in how to assist patients and those with medical needs. Their behavior was so cold and unprofessional that my mother was left in tears. People in this industry should lead with compassion, but there was zero found here. I truly hope management reviews their practices before they hurt more families.
