Amazing customer service! Very responsive and demonstrated care and concern for the facility and its tenants personal belongings on numerous occasions. Highly recommend!
Owner worked with us and got us a unit when we were looking. Would recommend to anyone looking. He respond within an hour anytime I reached out and every month once you pay you get the code for the gate which is always new. Very good priced compared to other places. My husband lost a key and he gladly came and helped us out with getting the lock off after being out of town. Amazing customer service.
Rainbow storage is the best storage place in the area. Renting the unit was easy. We did it all online. The owner even provided the lock. The owner is quick to respond and super friendly. The facility is secured and we felt extremely safe leaving our belongings here. Highly recommend!
