This company is the best choice in the Capital Region for in-ground sprinkler service. I've had extensive experience with others in the area, and Rainbow immediately blew them out of the water with expert customer service in every regard. All businesses seem to be suffering these days in one way or another, but Rainbow still excels in keeping the customer service a priority!
Their products and installations are great, but their customer service/proposals/followup/scheduling is AWFUL. Be prepared to do multiple followup calls to track how your install is being scheduled- they will not call you back. If I didn't like my install guy, I would QUICKLY call someone else!
They do nice installs but follow up and customer service is poor. Takes weeks to get someone out and your lawn can die before they get there/ Plus they dont fix the problem.
