Jason was awesome and so easy to deal with. He took great care of my baby. He even went the extra mile to make sure Rocky had his nightly treat! I am very impressed and would recommend them.
Cleanest kennel ever and run by wonderful caring people. I always used them when living in Staunton and knew my dog was getting excellent care. I highly recommend this place!
First, let me say I'm picky about the care of my little Cavalier King Charles, Sabella. We've had 5 or 6 stays now. Sabella prances in and comes home very happy. I can quickly tell she has been so well cared for! Really could not ask for more from a kennel's care of my very loved 2 year old little girl!
We have never boarded our dogs before, always relying on friends to watch them. This business trip, however, we were in a pinch, but Jason greatly helped us by boarding them with short notice. We are so pleased with Rainbow. Our dogs were happy and clean when we picked them up and the kennels were clean and didn't have that smell they sometimes have. We have one dog that can be a handful when administering ear drops and meds, which he needed, but this didn't deter Jason! We highly recommend them!!!
