Good afternoon. Rainbow really ought to have staff who treat customers well. As a customer of this store, I was met with what felt like a discriminatory laugh—directed at me because I am transsexual—when I asked for a discount and offered my email address to get one. I spoke to the supervisor about it, but she refused, even though I know I’m eligible for discounts and have the app on my phone.
