Came down from Georgia for vacation and my Costa Harpoon sunglasses lost a screw. Gave them a call and they had them fixed within 5 minutes of getting to the shop. The lady behind the counter was extremely nice and helpful, and very pleasant to talk to. Sunglasses are good as new!
