Customer service is non-existent. I thought they where billing my card monthly. They sent a dunning letter with intent to sell my property to the home that I had sold and never picked up the phone to call me. Showed up at the unit with three trucks and a bunch of friends to help move out of the unit, and I was locked out on a Saturday. By the way, they don't work weekends. I would not recommend these people. They are rude and "customer service" is not in their vocabulary.
